A 36 years old male was rushed to the emergency department with a history of road traffic accidents. He has severe pain with swelling and deformity of the left-hand elbow, X-ray shows Elbow dislocation with a comminuted radial neck fracture. Radial head replacement surgery was performed after fixing the dislocation. After 2 months of recovery post-surgery, the patient shows the full range of movements of the left elbow and is able to perform his daily activities comfortably.

A 60-year-old male patient came up with severe knee osteoarthrities. He has a painful limp and varus deformity on his right leg and also bone loss of medial femoral condyle shown on the intra-operative image. Based on his condition, FastTrack Total Replacement Surgery was performed.
